Terms and conditions of purchase:
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of career coaching training services and products ("Services & Products") offered by Best Work from Home Coach ("Company"). By purchasing our Services & Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.
2. Services Provided
 2.1 The Company offers various career coaching training Services & Products designed to support personal and professional development.
 2.2 The scope, content, and duration of the Services & Products will be as described in the relevant program details provided on our website or in communication with you.
 3. Payment
3.1 The fee for the Services & Products ("Fee") must be paid in full before the commencement of the training or product usage, unless a payment plan was previously accepted by the Company for the Fee.
3.2 All payments are to be made through the payment methods provided by the Company.
3.3 The Fee for Services & Products are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in these Terms, such as for the Full Coaching Programs or as required by law.
3.4 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services & Products if payment is not received in full by the due date, unless a payment plan is accepted by Company.
 4. Cancellation and Refund Policy for the Full Coaching Programs
4.1 A full refund can only be requested after completing the entire 6 months of a Full Coaching Program. A full refund can take up to 30 days to process if the request is approved.
4.2 You must complete assigned training, tasks, interviews, case studies, and other requests from potential employers and the Company.
 4.3 You will not be eligible for a refund if you receive a work from home job offer. A work from home job offer means you have the opportunity to perform the job from home. However, it does not necessarily allow you to travel, work from outside your home, meet a minimum compensation amount, or any other conditions except for being able to work from home.
4.4 Remote contract or hourly work, such as fixed-contracts or freelance work through platforms like Upwork and Fiver, count as a work from home job offer.
4.5 If you paid in installments, you will only receive a refund for the product price that you would have paid if the product was paid upfront in full.
4.6 The final decision of your refund request is up to the sole discretion of the Company.
 5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All materials provided during the training, including but not limited to workbooks, slides, videos, and other content, are the intellectual property of the Company.
5.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without the express written consent of the Company.
6. Confidentiality
6.1 Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the coaching sessions private and not to disclose it to any third party without prior consent.
 6.2 Confidential information includes but is not limited to personal data, business plans, and proprietary strategies discussed during the training.
 7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 The Company will use reasonable skill and care in delivering the Services & Products, but makes no guarantees as to the results or outcomes of the training other than what is expressly written in these Terms.
7.2 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Services & Products.
7.3 The Company’s total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Services & Products shall not exceed the amount of the Fee paid by you.
 8. Data Protection
8.1 The Company will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2 By purchasing the Services & Products, you consent to the Company collecting and using your personal information as necessary to provide the Services & Products.
 9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
 9.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America.
10. Amendments
10.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
10.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any updates.
